Spare-Bag is a technology platform for discovery and communication between independent users. It is never a party to what users agree between themselves.

Spare-Bag acts only as a technology platform that enables independent users to find and communicate with one another. Spare-Bag is not a carrier, freight forwarder, travel provider, customs broker, insurer, buyer, seller, agent, or party to any agreement or transaction entered into between users.
Users enter into transactions at their own risk and are solely responsible for verifying the identity of other users, the condition, ownership, legality, safety, value, packaging, transport eligibility, customs status, declarations, insurance needs, collection, delivery, and receipt of any item.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spare-Bag is not liable for any failed, delayed, cancelled, disputed, incomplete, lost, stolen, damaged, misdeclared, confiscated, unsafe, illegal, or unauthorised transaction, item, payment, communication, transport arrangement, customs issue, airline refusal, personal injury, financial loss, or dispute between users.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Moderation does not replace your own checks
Reporting tools, moderation, and account actions help keep the community safer, but they do not replace your own legal, safety, airline, customs, or due-diligence obligations. Spare-Bag does not guarantee the legality, safety, delivery, quality, authenticity, or successful completion of any user-to-user transaction.
Report suspicious or illegal activity
Use the report button on any offer, request, profile, chat, or transaction page to flag illegal substances, weapons, fraud, suspected scams, unsafe items, or other policy violations. Reports reach the moderation team, which can review the record, suspend listings or accounts, and preserve relevant information.
