Spare-bag is a community-based peer-to-peer technology platform that helps independent users discover, connect, and communicate with one another through travel routes and available luggage capacity.

Spare-bag is not a carrier, courier, shipping company, freight forwarder, logistics provider, customs broker, insurer, payment provider, escrow provider, travel agent, buyer, seller, agent, employer, or party to arrangements made between users.

Spare-bag does not transport, ship, deliver, receive, store, package, inspect, verify, declare, insure, collect, or take possession, custody, or control of any belongings.

All users act independently and are solely responsible for their own conduct, decisions, communications, travel, belongings, legal compliance, customs declarations, airline requirements, airport-security rules, taxes, insurance, and arrangements with other users.

Travellers must never carry anything they do not fully know, personally inspect, and have the legal right to carry. Users must not carry unknown, sealed, suspicious, illegal, restricted, unsafe, falsely described, or improperly declared belongings.

Spare-bag does not guarantee the identity, conduct, reliability, travel plans, route availability, legality, safety, ownership, condition, transportability, delivery, receipt, timing, or outcome of any arrangement between users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spare-bag is not liable for losses, damages, delays, cancellations, disputes, customs or border-control issues, airline refusal, confiscation, fraud, unsafe conduct, legal consequences, financial loss, injury, or any other outcome arising from an interaction or arrangement between users.

Nothing in this Legal Notice or any other Spare-bag policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
