How it works
The platform does exactly one thing: it helps travelers with spare luggage space and people sending items discover and contact each other. Everything else happens directly between the two of you.
If you have luggage space
- 1
Create your route listing
Add your departure city, your destination, travel dates, and the capacity you can offer — for example a few kilograms or a small bag.
- 2
Review incoming requests
Senders describe their item. You decide which requests you are comfortable with. You are never obliged to accept anything.
- 3
Contact and agree
Use the platform to contact the sender and agree on item details, packing, and a public handover point. Contact details like phone numbers, email addresses, or WhatsApp are never displayed publicly.
- 4
Hand over in person
Meet in a public place, inspect the item together, and only take what you can verify and are comfortable carrying.
If you need to send an item
- 1
Describe your item
Tell travelers what you want to send: size, weight, contents, and destination. Only eligible personal items are allowed — check the prohibited-items list first.
- 2
Find a matching route
Browse travelers heading from your origin toward your destination and reach out to the ones that fit.
- 3
Contact and agree
Discuss the details directly with the traveler. The platform provides the contact channel — the agreement is yours.
- 4
Hand over in person
Meet in a public place and hand over the packed, open item so the traveler can verify its contents.
