Because the platform only connects people, every handover depends on your own judgment. These rules exist to protect both sides.
Safety principles
Always inspect the item
Never carry a sealed package. Open and check the contents together before you accept anything into your luggage.
Meet in public places
Airports, train stations, and busy cafés are good handover points. Never agree to private or remote locations.
Know your airline's rules
You remain responsible for everything in your luggage. Check your airline and customs regulations before you fly.
Decline anything unclear
If a sender won't show you the contents or the item feels wrong, walk away. You are never obliged to carry anything.
Never accepted on the platform
The following items may never be offered, requested, or carried through a match made on this platform:
- Cash, bank cards, jewelry, or other valuables
- Medicines, medical samples, or biological material
- Alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, or drugs of any kind
- Weapons, ammunition, flammables, aerosols, or hazardous materials
- Perishable food or anything fragile
- Electronics containing lithium batteries not permitted in checked or cabin baggage
- Documents, IDs, or any item belonging to a third party you have not met
- Anything illegal to possess, export, or import under German or destination-country law
Listing or requesting a prohibited item leads to removal from the platform. If in doubt, don't match.
Your privacy in contact
The platform never displays phone numbers, email addresses, or WhatsApp details. All contact starts inside the platform, and you choose what to share, when, and with whom.
