Does the platform deliver or transport my item?
No. The platform only helps travelers and senders discover and contact each other. Transport, handover, and any onward handling are arranged and carried out entirely by the two members.
Are there any fees, commissions, or payments?
No. The platform has no payment, subscription, commission, escrow, or monetization features. Any arrangement between two members is strictly between them.
Is my item insured?
No. The platform provides no insurance, no checking of items, and no guarantee of delivery. Only send items you can genuinely afford to lose.
What kind of items can be sent?
Only eligible personal items that are legal to carry and comply with airline and customs rules. Check the prohibited-items list before creating or accepting a match.
How do I contact a match?
All contact starts inside the platform. Phone numbers, email addresses, and WhatsApp details are never displayed publicly — you decide what to share directly with your match.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
Both members are fully responsible for their own arrangement. The platform is a discovery and contact service only and accepts no liability for items, handovers, or travel outcomes.
When will my route open?
Routes open in stages based on demand. Join the route-interest waitlist with your corridor and we'll notify you when it becomes available.
Report a safety or legal concern
Use the report button on any capacity post, request, profile or chat to flag illegal substances, weapons, fraud, suspected scams, unsafe belongings, false profiles, or other rule violations. Reports reach the moderation team, which can review the record, restrict listings or accounts, and preserve relevant information.
